A LITTLE HISTORY
Being a person with cerebral palsy and a wheelchair user since the age of 4, winters took their toll on Zachary’s legs. We had given up on continually having regular blankets falling off and tangling in his wheels. There was nothing on the market that would meet our needs. Mom put on her "thinking cap" and the first Zac Sac was born. Although thick and bulky...it worked and was soon redesigned!
BUILT FOR WARMTH AND FUNCTIONALITY
The Zac Sac is made of cozy fleece lining and a durable denim exterior to protect the user from cold and wind during the winter. Rust resistant snaps and a front carrying pocket are used to provide optimal ease of access and independence for those with limited mobility.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to ensure children with disabilities can stay warm and cozy throughout the winter months, giving them the opportunity to play with their friends and enjoy their community to the fullest.

What a wonderful idea the Zac Sac truly is. The perfect wheelchair blanket! We are very grateful to the foundation for providing one to our daughter, at no charge. It can be worn inside the home or better yet, outside in inclement weather. Our daughter Dehne suffers poor circulation due to her Anoxic brain injury and I am 100% confident she is being kept warm and cozy in her Zac Sac.
